1. Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free refund policy on eligible products within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number and invoice) is required.

    2. Replacement Policy

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • The defect or damage should be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order number and invoice) is required.
    • We will replace the item with the same product, subject to availability.

    3. Exchange Policy

    We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange a product for a different style, or variant. You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

    • The exchange request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order number and invoice) is required.
    • The requested exchange item should be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

    • We reserve the right to deny a refund, replacement, or exchange if the item does not meet the specified conditions.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
