Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Australia Wide Scissor and Clipper Sales and Mat’s Sharpening Services.

Warranty Period

Our scissor, clippers and accessories are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any components that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from the regular use of the product for its intended purpose, but not blade sharpness*

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, unauthorised repairs, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including blade dulling or natural wear of the scissors’ components.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your grooming scissors are covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Get in touch via email or phone to initiate the warranty claim.
  • Provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order number) to verify the warranty eligibility.
  • If required, you may need to send the defective product back to us for inspection

Resolution

Once we receive your warranty claim and inspect the product, we will determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If the claim is valid, we will either repair the items or provide a replacement, free of charge. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable alternative.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item in questions for warranty inspection. However, we will cover the return shipping fees for valid warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective scissor, clipper or accessory as specified above. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our product.
