Rust is a killer of clipper blades. Storing your blades with wet dog hair is sure way to ruin your blades. The rust on these blades has reduce their life, effectiveness to cut, and is a sharpeners nightmare in trying to save them. Clipper blades aren’t cheap and you want to make sure you look after them.
After previously selling out, we have restocked due to client demands. I have received great feedback from clients who have brought the Piano Teeth Fluffer Thinner 7inch and 45 degree Extreme Curve. Great quality and value. Webshop links below
The 10W – 2.4mm clipper blades have recently been restocked, and are a favourite amongst horse owners. In addition, I now stock 10WF – 1.5mm clipper blades, for those who like the finer, shorter hair finish. Both blades can be purchased directly from my web shop https://australiawidescissorandclippersales.com.au/product-category/clipper-blades/
The following video may provide advice on how to limit the amount of rust on your scissors after storage. This is more a problem for mobile groomers, and the advice can be also extended to clipper blades.
My apologies for the extended time between posts.
I wanted to let you know that I’m still working hard in the background sharpening, and providing scissor and clipper sales to new and existing clients. If you have any questions regarding sharpening, sales or general advice, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
